By Rebecca Hardcastle Wright, PhD

During the so-called winter of 2005 in Scottsdale, Arizona, I taught one of the first ufology college courses in the nation. Naively, I assumed that my class would be filled with students curious about the history of UFOs, as the announced curriculum was a general history of ufology, beginning in 1887. Yet, by the end of the first class, I realized that instead of the historically curious, my class was filled with ET Experiencers, eager to discuss how UFOs and ET contact changed their view of reality.

Teaching ufology to students who were eager to integrate anomalous experiences into their view of reality, provided a further impetus to define and clarify Exoconsciousness, a concept birthed out of my own extensive ET Experiences.

Exoconscious Human Reality
An Exoconscious Human Reality

The experiential reality of Exoconsciousness posits that all humans have the innate ability to connect and communicate with Extraterrestrials. This ability is sourced in the Extraterrestrial origins, shared multidimensions and abilities of human consciousness.   In other words, we humans have a natural ability to form a world-view that integrates Extraterrestrial experiences. And in doing so, we become mature, integrated Exoconscious Humans.

This article examines and expands the concept of an Exoconscious Human Reality via 1) Philosophy and Quantum Science, 2) A contrast and comparison of Exoconscious Reality with Virtual Reality (VR) Technology, Military Mind Control Programs and 3) Mature, Multidimensional Extraterrestrial Experiencers as the Source of Exoconsciousness, and ultimately, ufology.

Quantum Eclipses Philosophy

From the Greeks to the Romans through the late 18th Century, philosophers fiercely debated the nature of reality and the nature of truth, often coming to blows between Empiricists, who required the obvious facts of our senses, and the Rationalists who required pure reason to construct reality. Philosophy was an intellectual battlefield until Kant mediated by affirming the empirical need for sense experience to define reality and reconciled it with reason by stating that experience is possible through mental structures that were deeper than ideas and existed regardless of the material world.

The Kantian solution, for a time, defined reality. But eventually, the arguments recommenced, and unfortunately, oftentimes philosophical confusion reigned. Philosophical reality was constructed and deconstructed, mythologized and demythologized, and even exhaustively bracketed to no avail.

Then in the early 1900s, quantum physics sent a simmering seismic quake, muting the old philosophical arguments. Through the now famous double slit experiment, scientists claimed that our thoughts determine reality. The awareness (and intention) of the observer determined the behavior of particles passing through the double slit. Furthermore, scientists claimed that under certain conditions electrons would act like waves and at other times like particles, depending on the expectations or intentions of the observer.

Within a few decades, philosophy was in hospice. Nearly dying, if not dead. Quantum science sucked all the oxygen necessary for intellectual argument out of the room.

But quantum science didn’t stop there. It theorized how our human energy field of thoughts, emotions, and intentions interacts with the quantum field. We live amid an oscillation of the quantum field, where reality flashes in and out of existence. But through the oscillation, our human consciousness remains constant and doesn’t flash. Instead, our consciousness informs the flashing quantum field as to what form to adopt at the quantum level. Attention: Humans create Reality. Source.

As I incrementally grasped Quantum Physics, eventually, I identified it as a key pillar in Exoconsciousness. My quantum thought wave collapsed into confirmation. You see, Exoconsciousness is all about experience. The subjective experience of anomalous phenomenon as reality.

Furthermore, Exoconsciousness only worked in a system that expanded and defined consciousness out of the brain into a field. In other words, the Exoconscious Human is defined beyond their Brain. Consciousness is a field in which the human participates.

Computer engineer all the detailed neural networked brains you want. You will not create consciousness. Your field is too small. You lack the experience of human consciousness as a field.

Virtual Reality Technology

Following the holidays of 2016, I walked down the aisles of disarrayed, discarded gifts in a big box store. A graveyard of gadgets nobody wanted. Strewn amid the clutter were racks of clumsy Virtual Reality goggles. Alone and discounted.  The plight of the unpurchased gift. Source.

What happened? VR was supposed to be the next Go Pro sellout holiday gift.

VR is a system designed for you to see what the technical developers want you to see, so that you believe the reality that they want you to believe. Ideally, VR was to inspire deeper belief in a gaming reality.  Its technological trick was to fool you. But instead, the holiday tables were turned.

In VR, visual reality is primary. They focus (pardon the pun) on the assumption that what the eye sees creates reality. If you can trick the mind with enhanced images, sound, and even artificial tactile sensations; then the viewer’s mind would be convinced that VR was real.

So perhaps at some future holiday, newly technologically advanced VR goggles will be a sellout. But not as of last holiday season.

Though whispered in Silicon Valley corridors and barred from public knowledge, VR engineers were forced to admit that as hard as they worked on tweaking technology, the adolescent viewers flocked to low tech offerings like YouTube with its amateur actors, infantile visuals, and often irritating sounds. Human consciousness chose low tech YouTube over high tech VR.

Almost 5 billion videos are watched on YouTube every single day. Source.

What does this mean? It means that the human mind chose to participate in a YouTube reality created by other humans, over a high-tech system designed to make you see what computer engineers wanted you to see.  Strike one for the Transhuman technologically created reality.

MILAB Trauma Reality

Our Earth reality of human created culture is challenging. It is certainly tempting for Exoconscious ET experiencers to unhook from 3-D Earth reality, especially when we are traumatized. Many of us are certified Out of Body experts. We enjoy traveling the cosmos of consciousness. Off Earth.

Yet, as we mature, we realize that our healthy ability to use our multidimensional mind depends on our integration with Earth energies.  We live, breathe, and form our being on our home planet Earth. Our Earth experience is foundational for our ability to integrate our multidimensional ET abilities.

And yet, Earth is traumatic, confusing, and incoherent. Both challenging and beautiful.

Exoconscious ET Experiencers come face to face with trauma and suffering. We learn about the reality of MILABS, military alien abduction programs. We meet people who suffered the slings and arrows of MILABS. Our empathetic nature engages us with their suffering. We feel their trauma. And like Melinda Leslie, we wonder if MILABS often chose ET Experiencers who were followed by the military and re-abducted.  Source.

Fortunately, as we mature and integrate, our fear transforms into anger and resentment until we calm as we educate ourselves to the Earth reality of Military Intelligence mind control programs.

MKUltra, a top-secret CIA series mind control programs, began in the 1950s. These programs were developed for the scientific manipulation of the human mind. Get it—human brains. Not consciousness. They experimented with our brains and behaviors. If we do this, will you do that?

Like a serialized television production, the mind control programs changed their propaganda branding with new names: Project Chatter (1947), Project Bluebird (1950), Project Artichoke (1951). To name a few. Until congressional pressure publicly terminated MKUltra in 1960s. I imagine MKUltra was sent to the Intel eternal life division where it mutated into an even more top-secret classification of programs. Free of pesky congressional oversight. Intel knows how to keep a good thing going.

So, it was no surprise when mind control programs morphed into alien abductions. Military Intel was on a roll and wanted to see how far they could push the evil alien trauma. Unfortunately for humans, they were able to push some of us to the breaking point. Lives were shattered by MILABS.

MILABS=Misery.

Helmut Lammer's 1999 book Milabs: Military Mind Control and Alien Abduction brought MILABS mainstream. His book provided extensive research and case studies of abductees whose experience included a military component. As the military is want to do, often they experimented on their own. Enlisted troops were drafted into these traumatic programs without their knowledge.

Really? What category of Earth species experiments on their own?

In the 1990’s, Dr. Karla Turner's MILAB research added a virtual reality MILAB aspect as the military gamed us with reptilians, implants, and high strangeness energy fields. Source. Not to be outdone by Hollywood, MILABS sexualized ET and then handed out script permission slips to late night comics to laugh through joke after joke about ET experiencers.

We ET Experiencers didn’t know whether to laugh with the comics…or cry. Many of us did neither. Instead, we refused to listen to the circus. We chose to do our research. MILABS, VR, MKUltra were real. They were a segment of our reality. And we wanted to know our reality in order to determine what was real and what was fake programming.

Turns out Fakedom ruled. Here is a complete list of all 149 MKULTRA subprojects. Who, When, What, Where, Why, and How, and links to FOIA documents available for each subproject. www.illuminatirex.com/list-of-mkultra-subprojects/

Many of us entered Fred Burks’ class where he schooled us in the history of mind control. Fred’s class is the Public Education and Empowerment Resource Service (PEERS). www.peerservice.org/ I am still a student.

Something happens to humans when we submerge ourselves in a subject. We experience its breadth and depth. We recognize patterns and make connections. We know nuance. And in time, our trauma reaction lessens. Withers. We are calm among a storm of information, because eventually, much of it is just so familiar. We can now swim in the field of consciousness filled with information—and not drown in our own fear. Exoconscious life gets easier.

Mature and Multidimensional Consciousness

Many of us born in the 40s, 50s, and 60s are what Dolores Cannon described as the First Wave. We came onshore, crawled out of our cosmic shell, lumbered into life and learned to live as multi-dimensional humans. We live among other waves who are still coming on shore. One foot in the cosmos and one foot in the Earth. Balanced. Healthy. Happy.

Amid a culture often untethered to either truth or authentic experience, we found ourselves wondering what all the fuss is about. We lived a life full of ET contact. It’s now second nature.

And yet, we struggle when a rogue, unexpected wave of cultural information washes over us. One of the reasons we struggle is because we are caught in the undertow of what Professor Timothy Morton of Rice University calls “hyperobjects”—entities of such vast temporal and spatial dimensions that they defeat traditional ideas about what a thing is in the first place. Hyperobjects are concepts that feel as though they are beyond reason, much less solutions. Too big to think about.

I wonder if these too big to think about concepts (he cites global warming, I cite the Space Fence) are hyperobjects or instead are they ideas that are deliberately overinflated to keep humans flailing and filled with fear. Like programmed cognitive dissonance, overinflated concepts are more in line with MKUltra mind control programming.  If we feel manipulated, then chances are it’s MKUltra or sourced in mind control games.

What are we to do?

Exoconscious Humans find that vigorous research and a reliance on our innate ability to learn and live in multidimensional consciousness quickly deflates the overinflated. We don’t duck, run, or deny reality. We research and learn, trusting our multi-dimensional mind to bring forth the information we need from our field of consciousness.

Exoconscious Humans

Writing this article, I reached out to two members of our Community of the Exoconscious. (COTE) I asked them to share their ET Exoconscious reality as they matured and developed through ET contact.

Neil Gould: This is Neil Gould’s response, in his words.

Species: Bony, Robed, 4.5ft, totally telepathic

Experience: Traumatic but positive

My Age: 7yrs

Downloads began with Contact at age 7. Development of my 'conscious awareness’ ran with 2 programs, our reality as we see and experience it and the larger multidimensional reality into which we evolve. The two programs frequently conflicted with each other resulting in disruption during education and relationships [ADHD & ADD]. Awareness of the multidimensional reality allows one to detect changes such as perturbations in frequencies associated with lies and negative influence, or any disruption that would deflect our species from its destined course of conscious evolution.  Religion and its associated dogma, Financial structures and its associated manipulation, Politics and its associated spin, Military and its associated war economy to name but a few of the obvious perturbations that disrupt the field of consciousness of the experiencer. Deep anxiety or intimate conversations surrounding the ET phenomenon often bring about paranormal intrusions such as lights, craft or even precognition.

The human world view is influenced by the material status quo to which our senses cooperate each minute of the day. The ET mind that we sense appears topological and nonlinear and preoccupied on a spiritual scientific plane…painful, joyful and more.

The effects of the program are dramatically increased through life. As an example, in the year 2000, 4 massive craft flew over Hong Kong witnessed by 20 of us. The following day I experienced an epiphany which again resulted in more craft “hanging around” in full view others.

Mental processing quantum leaped and I searched for more answers; it was time to take the ETI off the wall and integrate it into my everyday life. We experiencers know what that means.

I had recognized just how skewered our world view really is; communicating this to friends, often strains relationships. Challenging a human grounded mind with the ETI creates cognitive problems which friends and family are not able to come to terms with and unable to deal with these chinks in the world view.

The change in world view was given in stages, I assume, to avoid an implosion of thought processes. However, one’s credibility amongst friends goes into decline, but that is the cost of being an experiencer.

Darlene Van de Grift: This is Darlene’s response in her words.

The most significant shift I experienced in my connection with ETs was how I was taught to fear and see them as so different from humans.

ETs are shown on TV and movies as being monsters, evil, malevolent, and out to destroy Earth and its inhabitants.

In reality developing a relationship with many various species of ETs has opened my eyes to the similarities that all beings have.

Some ETs may exhibit less emotional intelligence, but there are humans that also exhibit that. Some ETs are willing to learn and experience what emotions can do for them, and the value of feeling.   For the most part, I have found various species to be intelligent, articulate, and wanting more knowledge of how to work with humanity. They have emotions, families, connections within their species and others.  They are open and genuine in who they are and willing to share their own history and past interactions with humans.

I have developed a deep resonance with several ETs and have valuable relationships with them for over the 30 years.  We are all very much the same; it is up to humans to accept and allow the differences to subside so the work of co-creating and establishing common ground can be promoted.

After all, isn't that what the issue has always been for humanity.  How do we really accept another when they are perceived as very different than ourselves?

A Shared Exoconscious Reality

As the Community of the Exoconscious, we are committed to co-creating an ET-Exoconscious Human Reality. It is based on subjective human experience with ETs as well as science, reason, spirituality, and psychic intelligence.

While corporate billionaires and their intel-military sugar daddies offer jump rooms to Mars and off-planet dystopian survival ships, the Community of the Exoconscious is grounded in exploring the deeper regions of what it means to be human, living on Planet Earth.

As co-creators, we are learning from our ET contact and ETs are learning from us. So, the future isn’t wrapped in a Hollywood Star Wars conclusion. Instead, life is a daily committed co-creation based on integrity and ethical, respectful relationship.

In many ways, the Community of the Exoconscious is a voyage into the unknown, charted by intuitive knowing. We are aware that reality is simply a weave of experiential timelines that are multidimensional. Occasionally, we glimpse the tapestry. But even then, we are usually at the edges.

As a Post-Disclosure community, we share the necessity of grounding of ufology in information from ET Experiencers who have matured and developed their ability to access the field of consciousness shared with ET, by accessing inner self-wisdom and disciplining our minds, emotions and behaviors.
